<br />0.53-acre tract of land located at 9305 Carlow Lane and legally described as Lots 67 & 68,
<br />Block 4, Spenwick Place Section 1, Harris County, Texas in the Low Density Residential (R-
<br />1) zoning district; followed by discussion and possible action to consider adopting
<br />Ordinance 2022-3869 amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of La Porte, Chapter 106
<br />-91000001 to allow for a secondary
<br />dwelling unit on a 0.53-acre tract of land located at 9305 Carlow Lane and legally described
<br />as Lots 67 & 68, Block 4, Spenwick Place Section 1, Harris County, Texas in the Low Density

<br />Council questions concerning the proposed construction. Mayor Rigby closed the public hearing at
