Bid Tabulation Sheet — one (1) construction firm participated in the bidding process. <br />The bid was checked for mathematical errors and/or bid irregularities. Appropriate <br />corrections to the errors were made and included in the attached bid tabulation. Please <br />see Section 1 of this report for the bid tabulation. The bid for the total project is as <br />follows: <br />Contractor Total Bid <br />Re tec Construction Resources, Inc. 532,596,610.00 <br />The City only received one bid on the project (see Section 2) and the unit prices included in the <br />bid appear to be consistently above bid prices received for similar projects.
