OF AO <br />/ ~ 9m <br />n � <br />r�,s <br />CITIZEN COMMENT <br />In order to present comments to the City Council, this form must be <br />completed and returned to the City Secretary prior to the start of the <br />meeting. <br />Attendees wishing to address the City Council will have five (5) minutes to do so. <br />State law prohibits the Mayor and members of the Council from commenting on statements <br />or engaging in dialogue without an appropriate agenda item being posted in accordance with <br />the Texas Open Meetings Act. Comments should be directed to the entire Council, not <br />individual members. Engaging in verbal attacks or comments intended to insult or slander <br />any individual shall be cause for termination of speaking privileges and expulsion from Council <br />Chambers. <br />Please step to the podium as soon as you are recognized by the Mayor. State your name <br />and address before beginning your presentation. If you have written notes you wish to <br />present to the Mayor and Council, please furnish an extra copy for the official files. <br />Citizens who have questions concerning procedure or the registration form may request <br />assistance from the City Secretary.
