<br />1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />.. ~~ ~ <br />Canada Road from Fairmont Parkway to Spencer Highway <br />The recently adopted Thoroughfare Plan identifies Canada Road as a needed improvement from Fairmont <br />Parkway to Spencer Highway. The adopted plan shows Canada Road as a 4-lane divided, concrete curb and gutter road. <br />With the County's completion of East Boulevard, Canada Road will be an additional extension of that thoroughfare <br />while also providing another roadway link to SH 225. <br />The City owns 33 acres of land immediately south of the Pecan Plantation Manufactured Home Park. This land <br />is intended to be developed as a regional park and Canada Road would provide easy accessibility to this future park. <br />(15) <br />
