We have gone <br />out of the city for mutual aid requests 25 times. As of August 1st 2001 it <br />doesn't appear that we are going to run any more calls than in the past. <br />Notes: <br />In 2000 we averaged slightly more than 7 calls per shift. Each crew spent <br />about 4 hours a day on calls. This isn't including documentation. <br />4.3 <br />
