All agenda items are subject to action. <br />6. AUTHORIZATIONS <br />(d) Consider approval or other action authorizing the City Manager to enter into a construction <br />contract with Aztec Remodeling and Landscaping in the amount of $156,582 and establish <br />a construction contingency in the amount of $12,000 for the construction of the parking lot <br />for new Fire Station 1. <br />In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of La Porte will provide for reasonable accommodations <br />for persons attending public meetings. To better serve attendees, requests should be received 24 hours prior to the <br />meeting.
