(b) The City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comments regarding a recommendation <br /> by the Planning and Zoning Commission to adopt Ordinance 2019-3759 amending the City's <br /> Future Land Use Map Component of the Comprehensive Plan for an approximately 12.608- <br /> acre tract of land located at the northwest corner of Fairmont Parkway and Canada Road, <br /> legally described as Tracts 710A and 711, La Porte Outlots, by changing the land use <br /> designation from "Commercial" to "Mid-High Density Residential"; followed by discussion and <br /> possible action to adopt Ordinance 2019-3759 amending the City's Future Land Use Map <br /> Component of the Comprehensive Plan for an approximately 12.608-acre tract of land located <br /> at the northwest corner of Fairmont Parkway and Canada Road, legally described as Tracts <br /> 710A and 711, La Porte Outlots, by changing the land use designation from "Commercial" to <br /> "Md-High Density Residential".
