Fairmont Parkway, legally described as Tract 1 H, Abstract <br />625, R. Pearsall Survey, by changing the land use designation from "Mid -High Density <br />Residential" to 'Business Industrial'; followed by discussion and possible action to consider <br />adopting Ordinance 2021-3850 amending the City's Future Land Use Map Component of the <br />Comprehensive Plan for an approximately 3.38-acre tract of land located at 11007 W. <br />Fairmont Parkway, legally described as Tract 111, Abstract 625, R. Pearsall Survey, by <br />changing the land use designation from "Mid -High Density Residential" to 'Business <br />Industrial'.
