PUBLIC HEARINGS AND ASSOCIATED ORDINANCES <br />(a) The City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comments regarding a recommendation <br />by the Planning and Zoning Commission to adopt Ordinance 2022-3873 amending the Code <br />of Ordinances of the City of La Porte, Chapter 106 "Zoning" by granting Special Conditional <br />Use Permit #22-91000002, to allow for merchant wholesaler uses on a 8.4-acre tract of land <br />located at the 2200 Block of W. Fairmont Pkwy. and legally described as 8.4 acres out of <br />Tracts 2A, 3, 4, 4A, & Tract 23D Bayport, Section 1, Abstract 625, R Pearsall Survey, Harris <br />County, Texas in the Business Industrial (BI) zoning district; followed by discussion and <br />possible action to consider adopting Ordinance 2022-3873 amending the Code of Ordinances <br />of the City of La Porte, Chapter 106 "Zoning" by granting Special Conditional Use Permit #22- <br />91000002 to allow for merchant wholesaler uses on a 8.4-acre tract of land located at the <br />2200 Block of W.
