ELECTION MATTERS <br />a. Presentation, discussion, and possible action to adopt Ordinance 2023-3929, <br />canvassing the returns of the May 6, 2023, General Election, for the election of a <br />Councilperson At -Large Position B, a Councilperson District 1, and a <br />Councilperson District 6. [Louis R. Rigby, Mayor] <br />3.
