EXECUTIVE SESSION (a) City Council will meet in closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071(2) - Consultation with Attorney and Section 221.072 - Deliberation regarding purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property: Meet with City Manager and Assistant City Attorney to discuss proposed non -annexation agreements for property located in the Battleground and Bayport Industrial Districts, and provide direction on negotiations between the City of La Porte and industry representatives regarding same.
