Wilmore <br /> <br />Others Present: none <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />Meeting called to order at 6:05 P.M. by Chairman Tom Campbell. <br /> <br />2. CONSIDER APPROVING MINUTES FROM THE NOVEMBER 9, 2006 MEETING <br />Motion to approve the November 9, 2006 minutes, as submitted, was made by Ken <br />Schlather. Second by Paul Larson. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />3. REVIEW AND DISCUSS CHAPTER 24 OF THE RESIDENTIAL BUll.DING CODE <br />Following a discussion by the Board, Terry Bunch made a motion to close the review and <br />discussion of the chapter. Second by Mr. Larson. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />4. ESTABLISH NEXT MEETING DATE, TIME AND TOPICS <br />John Elfstrom made a motion to hold the next meeting on February 15, 2007 at 6 p.m. <br />with the following agenda item: Discussion of Chapters 25-29 of the Residential <br />Building Code. Second by Mr. Schlather. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />5. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS <br />Staff member Debbie Wilmore provided the Board with a copy of the explanation cover <br />letter and Ordinance #96-2079-J (prohibition of back-stab electrical installation) that is <br />being provided to citizens and contractors. <br />
