<br />Building Codes Appeals Board <br />Minutes of Febmary 15, 2007 <br /> <br />Members Present: Tom Campbell, Terry Bunch, Ken Schlather, John Elfstrom, Bruce <br />Compton and Ron Holt <br /> <br />Members Absent: Paul Larson <br /> <br />City StatTPresent: Chief Building Official Debbie S. Wilmore <br /> <br />Others Present: none <br /> <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />Meeting called to order at 6:05 P.M. by Chairman Tom Campbell. <br /> <br />2. CONSIDER APPROVING MINUTES FROM THE JANUARY 18,2007 MEETING <br />Motion to approve the January 18, 2007 minutes, as submitted, was made by Ken <br />Schlather. Second by Terry Bunch. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />3. REVIEW AND DISCUSS CHAPTERS 25-29 OF THE RESIDENTIAL BUILDING <br />CODE <br />Following a discussion by the Board, Mr. Bunch made a motion to close the review and <br />discussion. Second by Bruce Compton. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />4. ESTABLISH NEXT MEETING DATE, TIME AND TOPICS <br />John Elfstrom made a motion to hold the next meeting on March 22, 2007 at 6 p.m. with <br />the following agenda item: Discussion of Chapters 30-32 of the Residential Building <br />Code. Second by Mr. Compton. Motion passed unanimously. <br /> <br />5. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS <br />None <br />
