<br />BUILDING CODES APPEAL BOARD <br /> <br />Purpose: To provide a comprehensive review of construction codes and make a <br />recommendation to City Council and to hear and determine appeals from applicants. <br /> <br />Term: 3 Year term <br /> <br />Meeting Time: On an as needed basis. <br /> <br />Eligibility Requirements: They must be a resident or non-resident individuals owning or <br />operating a business within the City of La. Porte. Council will determine competency based on <br />experience and training in matters pertaining to building construction. <br /> <br />May not be employed by the City of La.
