Swimming pools, spas, and hot tubs shall be enclosed within ence at least <br />four feet in height. Fences shall comply with all requirements of the curren: <br />edition ofthe Standard Swimming Pool Code published by the Southern Buil Code <br />Congress International, Inc. In the case of a pool located in a front yard adjacent to the <br />shoreline of Galveston Bay, see section 106-792. <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Sec. 106-749. Home occupation. <br />(a) No person other than members of the family residing in the premises shall be engaged <br />in such occupation. <br /> <br />(b) The use of the dwelling unit for the home occupation shall be clearly incidental and <br />subordinate to its use for residential purpose by its occupants, and not more than 25 percent <br />of the floor area of the dwelling unit shall be used in the conduct of the home occupation. <br /> <br />(c) There shall be no change in the outside appearance of the building or premises, or other <br />visible evidence of the conduct of such home occupation other than one sign, not exceeding two <br />square feet in area, nonilluminated, and mounted flat against the wall of the principal <br />building. <br /> <br />(d) No display, visible from the exterior of the dwelling shall be connected with such home <br />occupation. <br /> <br />(e) There shall be no outside storage of any kind, including vehicles or equipment connected <br />with such home occupation. <br /> <br />Supp. No. 21 <br /> <br />CD106:85 <br />
