Foyle that <br />Alderman Counts be called before the Council and asked to explain <br />his authority for giving 314 Cu. Yards of gravel to the County <br />and that Pr~r. Counts be asked to bring v~~+ith him th.a party to ~~rhom <br />gravel was givem: Carried. <br />Z`ne matter of sewer disposal from the property of 'JI G .~ I::orrison <br />was refered to the sewer Committee. <br />Ey a motion of Ald. boy le and second by Ald. Holton the i~;~ayor was <br />asked to appoint a Committee to contact Engineer Houghton looking <br />to vrmploying him to do the necessary vrork prepare tort' to making <br />application far VJ P A Labor for ditching and street ;vrork in La Porte. <br />Carried . <br />Tha L~=ayor appointed the entire council to sea la,r. ~~oughton. <br />Upon motion by Ald. Holton and second by Ald. Boyle ILr.
