La France <br />pumper at a small cost and without delay, and write letters <br />of appreciation to Fire Commissioner Holton, Chief Davidson <br />end Ass' t. Chief Geo. Richardson. 4 <br />Carried. <br />Acting on a motion by Ald. Boyle end second by Ald. Roark <br />the City _ Sec' y. was instructed ~ to ,write to _ Firs Chief <br />Isensee that the City.Council respectfully request that the <br />Am. Counts, Boyle, Roark and Agee. <br />Meeting was called to order by Mayor Prot em Counts. <br />The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the iN P A sit- <br />uation with i~r. Kennedy and I~rs. Chaloupka. <br />After a thorough discussion in reference to the inefiaiency <br />~~' in the handling of the men on the ~1f P A Pro3ect Ad. Aged <br />offered a motion which was seconded by Ald. Boyle that <br />L E Irwin b® assigned the foremanship over the W P A Crew <br />in addi ion to his regular work. <br />Carried. <br />y Mayor. <br />
