Boyle reported that on the matter of State Highway maintenance <br />through the City that &ity Att orney Kiibler vrrote the State Highway <br />Dept. in regard to the matter but that no reply has been received,~~ <br />t o date. <br />Lotion by Ald..: Boyle, second by Ald. holton, that • the City Secretary <br />be instructed to write a letter to the owners of Kirksey~ s Kosy <br />Kitchen that the sewer connection to their puce of business <br />must be completea~ immediately as required by the City Ordiynance. <br />On motion of Ald.
