Carried. Resolution- Bay ridge water connection On motion of Ald. Holton, second by Aad. Roark the following resolution was adop~- ed: "Whereas , r7rs Sam Streetman(widow of Judge Sam Streetman), Allen Hannay, R.C. Kuldell and E.L.Crain, owners of that certain water line which extends from the City limits of La Porte along Grandview Avenue to the property of the said E.L. Crain, desire a~~.ter service from the City of La Porte water system, and; "y`uhereas, the Board of Alderm®n of the Clty of La Torte has agreed to fur- nish vrater to such persons under the terms, conditions and agreements contained in that certain contract, in writing, signed by such persons and bearing the date August lOth,l93b; I?OVd THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVEL'that George H. Sharp, mayor of the City of .La Porte, and Pxs TL.G.Lambly, the city secretary, are hereby authorized and instructed to execute, in-the name of the City of La Porte, the hereinaitove mentioned written contract."
