Ruff that the City terminate the water contract with the water consumers known as the Sylvan Beach Addition Propert~,~ Owners on January lst,1937 and that according to contract, sixty days notice be given said consunsers. Kerr on property described as Lots lb to 19, Block 27, Bay Front, ToYVn of La Port©, for the years 1930 and 1931, to the valuation placed on thQS property by the Equalization Board of the City for the year 193b.
