Carried <br />The City Secretary presented the Report of the Corporation Court <br />for the month e$ding May 31,1937• <br />Motion by Agee, seoond by Roark that the report be accpted and ~, <br />placed on file. Carried <br />The City Secretaryv reported that Mr J.P. Chrisman and Pdir S,B, <br />Stewart fra~m the State High~ray Planning Board Dept. had oalled <br />at the City office to obtain information on the financial statius <br />of the City in conneotion with the allocation of funds for lat- <br />eral roa~ building. <br />Fsa A]:d:.Benson ~vported the need of a fan in the City Secretary's <br />offioe. Ald. Boyle moved, second by Ruff, .that the matter of <br />a fan for the City Secretary's offioe be refeered to the Build- <br />ing Com. with power to act. Carried. . <br /> <br />~?~ <br />Elis-ds Motion by Agee, second by Roark, that the Building Com. be auth- <br />orized to put awnings or Venetisaa blinds on the east windows of <br />thb City Secretaryd•s office.
