Agee, P.L Benson, F.R. Boyle, Fred R. Ruff. <br />Minutes of the last regular and special meetingsr~ vrere read and approved. <br />The Special Committee composed of Aldermen Ruff, Benson and Boyle, ap- <br />pointed by the Mayor on purchase of materials for the building of the <br />garage and tool house reported. <br />Lumber, Lotion by Boyle,second by Ruff, that the report of the Special Committee <br />sage on the purchase of lumber and materials for the garage and tool house <br />from the La Porte Lumher Co. on their low bid, be accepted and placed <br />on file. Carried. <br />Corp.Court The City Secretary presented the Corporation Court report for the month <br />Report of August. Motion by Agee, second by Rn~f that the report of the Corp- <br />oration Court be accepted and placed on file. Carried <br />Special Motion by Ruff, second by Agee, that the selection of officers for HaI- <br />Officers lov~reten night be left tp the Mayor and Police Committee, four men at <br />X3.00 each to be employed.
