Eq$ipment The matter of the purchase of a new ladder and other needed egmipment Fire Dept for t1':e Fire Department was presented and on motion by Ald. Boyle, second by Ruff, the City Secretary was instructed to order the following from ~`~.5. Bill I~,~otion by Ruff, second by Benson, that the bill of Thompson-Iiayeva.rd Far- Chemical Co. for par-chloron, in the amount of X4.00 be paid. chloron Carried. Transfer DRotion by Boyle, second by Roark, that the sum of X100.00 be transferred fror-~ the Delinquent Tax Fund, to t'he General Fund. Carried Frowning- Notion by Boyle, second by Ruff, that the Browning-Ferris Machinery Co. Ferris note in the amount of X250.00, due January 1,1938, with interest to date dote in the amount of X7.50, be handled in the following manner: the amount of X125.00 tc be paid on the principal, X7.50 interest to date to be paid, both from the Delinquent Tax ~~~nd, the balance of X125.00 on tY.e note to be renewed for QO days from da~e with interest from. date at the rate of per annum.
