Carried <br />L.E.?~'rrvin The City Secretary presented the resignation of L.E. Erwin as an employee <br />of the City to be effective on or before February 2!}th,1938. <br />Motion by Boyle, seaond by Agee that the resignation of L.E. Erwin be ac- <br />cepted as of February 23,1938• Carried. <br />L.L.Price Motion by Boyle, second by Agee, that L.L. Price be employed in L.E.Erwin's <br />pleas at the same wages, same hours and sane tune as Erwin was employed, <br />beginning February 1I~,1938• Carried. <br />Letter Motion by Boyle, second by Benson, that the Mayor and City Secretary be <br />L.E.Erwin authorised to give L.E. Erwin a letter of recommendation for his past <br />services to the City, the letter to be written by the City Attorney and <br />signed by the City staff.
