The CiL-y Secretary reported that an affidavit had been received from Fred ~~a.rtman of ttie Daily Sun on the publication of the Ordinance No.267 on the levy of an Occupation Tax. Carried. Dump ?'lotion by Ruff, second by Roark that the matter of an official dumping ground for the City be turned over to the Street and Alley Colmnittee for recommenda- tion. Vote was taken with taro Ayes and two Noes.
