<br />exa-cined by the Council. Alderman Ruff then offered a motion, seconded
<br />by Alderman Boyle, that the Delinquent Tax Rolls be approved as follows:

<br />~Tacation beginning February 1st. This request was granted on motion by Ruff, second
<br />by Roark and carried by those present.

<br />Ratif ied the amount of '~I~x~00, in favor of Jack Olive, be ratified and that the Mayor
<br />and City Secretary be authorized to issue a warrant to A.:'. Hamilton in pay-
<br />ment of his time during his 10 day vacation period beginning Feb.lst,lg39.
