<br />lowed to use the jail for City prisoners.

<br />Jail Building, be charged off the City books and that the City furnish
<br />water gratis to the La Porte Jail Building, situated on Lots 1 to 5,

<br />accounts, of persons who have left the City, including the R.J. Seamen,
<br />Sylvan Beach Park,193? water account balance in the amount of ~83.?3,
<br />be transferred to Petty Accounts, total amount to be transferred ag-
<br />gregating ~2?_2.87 ,also that said R.J. Seamen,Sylvan Beach Park ac-
<br />count be turned over to the City Attorney for investigation to deter-
