Crane Co. f.o.b. City ,Atty. The matter of appointment of committees and appointive officers was considered as follows: "~~otion by Ruff, second by Benson, that Jno.S. kiibler be retained as City Attorney at the present salary, for one year. Carried. Official r~'otion by Ruff, second by Benson, that the Daily Sun be designated as itifewspaper the official newspaper of the City for the period of one year with a contract covering duties,to be signed. Carried. The ;Mayor announced that the balance of the necessary appointments would be made at the next regular meeting of the Cty Council.
