Kelly,Atty. of Houston <br />...~'. in behalf of his clients interest in Lot 5,T?lock 51, Sylvan Beach, <br />asking if the City's offer of July 24,1939 meeting was still good. <br />P~`otion by Roark, second by Agee, that the City accept the stated fig- <br />ure of X63.93 for delinquent taxes due on Lot 5, Block 51, Sylvan Beach <br />Addition, if paid by Fenruary 1st, 1940. <br />Carried. <br />Price The matter of L.L. Price taking his vacation from January 29 to Feb. ?.2, <br />V~ cation ]-9Z'.C, r:as rre=erted. 1:"ct;ion by Ruff, second by Roark that Price's re- <br />quest on vacation be granted frog: January 29, to Feb,l2,]9~0. <br />Carried. <br />Bldg.
