Boyle Motion by Benson, second by Roark, that the City Attorney give a ruling <br />on the status of ?''.R. Boyle to sit on the City Council as a voting mem- <br />ber. <br />Carried. <br />The City Attorney stated that he vrould give a written opinion at the <br />next Council meeting. <br />P:iotion by Boyle, that the City Council go on record as favoring a complete <br />written legal opinion as to the members of the City Council selling sup- <br />plies to the City and doing business with their kin people and as to the <br />City Attorney serving as Justice of the Peace and City Attorney and as to <br />whether it is legal for F.R. Boyle to serve as Alderman and be employed by <br />the County.
