Carried Ths Secretary presented a bill from Harold Pfeiffer in the amount of X10.00, for unstopping Sewer anal Grease Trap at Duplex on 7th Ave. Harold Motion by Agee, second by Ruff, that the Secretary bs instructed to Pfeiffer, write a letter to Mr. Pfeiffer stating that the City would not pay Sewer this bill as this work was not authorized by ±he City as the City has men to do the work if they had bean called upon.
