<br />Kelly be paid by the execution and delivery of the following described
<br />warrants;
<br />Three CITY OF LA pDRTE SE!'fER IMPROVEIt~~T1T Z'VARRANTS, SERIES OF 19.3,
<br />dated It1ay 10, 19l~3, bearing interest at the rate of per annum,
<br />numbered 10 to 12 inc~.usive, in denomination of x;1,000.00 each,
<br />aggbegating ~j3,000.00, being a portion of 4>15,000.00 such warrants.
<br />.And that the X255.53 balance due C. H. Ttelly be paid in cash.
<br />The Mayor and the City Secretary and the City Treasurer are
<br />hereby authorized, ordered and directed to execute and deliver said
<br />vre.rrants to said claimants as above set out.
<br />The foregoing order was read and it was moved by Alderman Roark
<br />and seconded by Alderman Johnson that it be passed, and upon the

<br />On this 6th day of December , 1943, the City Council
<br />of the City of La Porte, in Harris ounty, Texas, convened in Special
<br />session, with the following named members thereof present, viii

<br />The City Council does hereby declare its intention on the 10th
<br />day of January ,19 la.i}, to pass all. necessary ordinances and or~.ers
<br />to provide for the issuance of City of La Porte Sewer Refunding Bonds in
<br />the maximums amount of X12,000.00 , bearing interest at the rate of I.ya
<br />per annum, with maximum maturity date not later than lg5g, and to issue
<br />such refunding bonds for the purpose of refunding an equal anount of
<br />City of La Porte Sewer Warrants, bearing interest at the rate of
<br />per annum.
<br />The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of
<br />such intention to be published as provided by law.
