Motion by Burgin, second by Johnson, that City of La P©rte Refunding Bonds Nos. Thirty(30), Thirty-c~ne(31), Thirty-t7vo(32) and Thirty- three(33), each in the principal sum •P One Thousand Dollars($1,000.00) dated Oeteber 10, 1934 and due April 10, 191.x., City of La Porte Sewer Funding Bond number Six(6) in the principal sum of X500.00, dated May 10, 1938 and due April 10, 19tr4, and One City of ~-Porte Sewer Refunding Bond, in the principal sum ®f X1,000.00, dated February 1, 1944 aril due April 10, 1944 be turned seer to the Mayor°and City Seoretary to be destroyed by fire in the presence of the City Council aryl that proper affidavit of this notion be presented at next Council meeting. - Carried. Office Alderman Burgin reported that he had contacted firers Spalti Mfg. Furniture Co. and that they had no office furniture and were making no re- pairs.
