S. Crate, Jr., in the absence of ldayor H. J. Pfeiffer, with the follo~ring <br />members a~i city officials presents Cammissiacier Jas. E. Stewart, Supt. of <br />Public Woa~ks Raldigh Erwin, Wm. Maness, representing 1Fyatt C. Hedrick, City <br />Engineer, City Attorney Jno. S. 8iibler, and City Clerk'J. E. Muldooas. <br />Mr. F. E. Westergren appeared with hia attorney, Yr. moan Heblett, in oan- <br />aeotica#. with his application to oaaistruot a frame and iraa~lad addition to <br />his building on Lot 3, Block 39, La Porte. The Commission advised ham that <br />they would talfle the matter under consideration when the full Board was present. <br />Mr• Frank M. Cowan appeared before the Commission and requested an adjustment <br />of hia July water bill.
