J. Pfeiffer, Na4Yor, and J. E. Mul- doon, City Clerk, be and is hereby authorised to enter into such ssgatiatio~ns as ~ be r»oessary for such purchase and to, perform at~- sots sad sign snq and all instr~nents as may be necessary to effect such transfer of title, and it hereby further resolves that all of the terms and oanditions incorporated in such trans- fer instruments be and they are hereby accepted. He was informed his statement was ordered paid, however retaiaage in the amownt of 15~, rather than X500.00, was being withheld. b[r. Wyche stated it was aatisfaotory with him, but he would eom- plate his work the next day, ~-d claim the total amount due ham under his aontraot.
