BAUGH AS MANAGER OF THE LA PO~RTE MUNICIPAL A1RPC$tT, CITY OF LA FORTE, TEXAS; AUTHORIZING REIMBURS~T F[83 ALL EIPENSES INCURRED IN BEHALF OF SAID AIRPORT UPON DULY AUTHENTICATED RECEIPTS BEING PRE- SENTED TO AND APPROVED °BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND PROVIDING FCR NO SALARY FOR SAID SERVICES .
