Ps4. <br />Regular meeting of the City Commission was called to order by Mayor H. J. <br />Pfeiffer, zv-ith the following members and .city officials present: Commissioners <br />Jas. S. Crate, Jr., and v'~n. P. Jones, City Attorney Carl C. Patrick, Supt. of <br />Public forks ~'Laleigh L~'rwin, and City Clerk J. ~. Puldoon. <br />TYlinutes of the last meeting vrere read and approved. <br />The I~Tayor instructed the City Clerk to open bids for one 2=P on `T'ruck, Chassis <br />and Cab. The bids were tabulated as follows <br />bTc Millen Chevrolet Company ~v1,795.1-1.9 <br />Kerber T.Zotor Company 1,830.00 <br />Both Bid the same on Body 782.00 <br />h7otion by Crate, second by Janes, to award bid to Mc Millen Chevrolet Company <br />on their low bid of w~1,795.~9, and for 1 Dump T~?odel 7--159 Body, for w782.00. <br />Carried. <br /> <br />The Tvlayor instructed the City Clerk to open bids which were ordered published <br />October 13, 1949, for an addition to the City Hall. `l'he bids were tabulated as <br />follows: <br />T:loore w l,2oore, Contractors <br />A.
