<br />'riIHEREAS, on the ~th day of October, 19t~.9, Lots numbered Fifteen (15) and
<br />Sixteen (16) in Bloak raunbered Eleven Hundred P1ine (1109) of the `Town of La Porte,
<br />Harris C®unty, `Texas, 9aas s©ld to the State of 'Texas by the Sheriff of said County
<br />under a final judgment entered in Tax Suit entitled State of Texas vs. Homer E.
<br />Sharman and numbered 363,187; and,
<br />WHE$EA.S, the final judgment was entered in favor of the State of Texas,
<br />County of Harris, City of La Porte and La Porte Independent School District; aril,
<br />Vi~~:R.EAS, Frank M. Cowen, a resident of La, Porte, Harris County, 'Texas, is
<br />desir®us of purchasing said property from all of aforementioned taxing units under the
<br />pravisiens of Seetien 9 of Article 731.i.5b of Vernon's Annotated Civil Statutes of the
