Motion by Crate, seoand by Janes, authorizing the mayor and City Clerk to sign contract with the Century Construction Company for X1.#.5,069.56, upon approval of contract by the City Attorney, subject to the oantractor agreeing to pay all additional legal expenses oocasianed by the paving assessments. Carried.
