• • <br />The City Attorney was instructed to answer letter to Federal Government Agency <br />relative to moneys advanced for water facilities - Appl. -Tex. ?~1-P-551. <br />The City Clerk read a letter from the Civil Aerounatics Administration, Post <br />Office Box 1639, Fort i~Vorth, Texas, in which they stated that beacon equipment <br />located 2.7 miles nest of League City, Texas, haci been selected for transfers to <br />the City of La Porte, Texas. The City would have to carry out c ertain agreements, <br />and their transfer form ACA-2099.1 (5-50), would have to b e executed by the Ddayor <br />and City Clerk. <br />Motion by Jones, second by Burgin, to accept equipment as set out in the govern- <br />ment s schedule "A", League City, Texas, also authorizing the t~iayor and City Clerk <br />to execute their Form ACA-2099.1(5-50). <br />Carried. <br />A discussion was held on the cost of movir~ equipment to the La Porte municipal <br />~!irport and :maintaining same after it was eet up. The Mayor stated that the <br />Lessees, fiou-Port Aviation, Inc., mould maintain the dquipment. ,~ <br />Motion by Burgin, second by Jones, to authorize amount up to X500.00 for moving <br />equipment , if in the event they failed to have equipment moved gratis. <br /> Carried. <br />The Commission unanimously instructed the City Attorney to file suits for the <br />collection of paving assessments against the follol^dng property owners: <br />Rex J .
