In the opinion of the Commission the bid from <br />Dit tmar & Company was the best. Their bid was as follows <br />1952 to 1959 -Rate 3~ <br />1960•to 1978 -Rate 3~ ®r far average net interest rate ad' 3•~-~893~• <br />Motion by Jones, second by Burgin, to aooept bid submitted by Dittmar k Company. <br />Ths Mayor introduoed an ordinance ~-ich was read i.n full. Commissioner <br />~m• P. Jones made a motion that the ordinance be adopted as read. Thee mottion Ras <br />seconded by Commissioner M. D. Burgin and carried by the following votes <br />AYESs Mayoa~ Pfeiffer, Commissioners Jones and Burgin. NOES: None.
