East Main and Brownell Streets <br />Carried. <br />The City Attorney was instructed to amend Ordinance No. 366, changing the fee <br />from two cents (2) per square foot, to one cent (1) per square f oot, mi.th <br />2.50 minimum charge, and $2.50 minimum charge on alterations; thereafter $5.00 <br />per 1000 per square foot of floor space contained in the improvements being <br />remodeled or repaired. <br />The City Attorney eras also instructed to amend Ordinance No. 4C5, amendment <br />to contain a fee of 350.00 to cover the cost of examination and approval of <br />netiv plats, and a $25.00 fee shall be charged upon such amended plats being <br />filed vrith the City Clerk. <br />Motion by Burgin, second. by Pfeiffer, to ratify the payment of the following <br />bills: <br />7.
