Rev. John Eichorn said a prayer for the ne•~vly elected administration, the out- going administration, and the City. Before adjourning, Mr. Jones said he appreciated working ~ri.th~the outgoing Commission, and while he did not always agree, and vote, with them, he voted as he thought was best for all interests concerned, and would leave his office with a kindly Pealing for those he hac3 tirorked zryrith, and his services :~rere always available to the newly elected Commission.
