Jones, a <br />Alotary Public. <br />No action was taken on the appointment of a City Recorder, or a City <br />Attorney. <br />Motion by Rigby, second by ti9hite, that all presently employed city employ- <br />ees, be re-employed at their preset salaries or wages. <br />Carried. <br />Motion by ti°~tYxite, second by Rigby, to appoint L. R, Rigby, Mayor Pro-Tem. <br />Carried. <br />Motion by ~rrhite, second by Rigby, authorizing the City Clerk to pay all <br />election expenses, and pro-.rate moneys not used, back to the candidates <br />in the recent city election. <br />Carried.. <br />Mr, Vim. P. Janes appeared before the Commission in behalf of Mrs. Sandel, <br />in connection i^ri.th her water system. After discussion, this matter ?vas <br />tabled until a later meeting. <br />Motion by ti`fhi.te, second by Rigby, that the cli.fferent department heads <br />give a resume of their duties at the next regular meeting. <br />Carried, <br />Motion by Rigby, second by YThite, that the first and third Thursdays <br />of each month be regular meeting days, the first Thursday of the month <br />at 10:00 o'clock A. M., azd the third Thursday of-fhe month at 7:30 P.
