Norma <br />Sandel and Mr. Fred Martin that the City of La Porte would discontinue to <br />furnish water service to their systems within 30 days. <br />The Commission requested the City Clerk to compose a letter notifying those <br />people who have grease traps to eligisiate same for sanitary reasons. <br />P~Aotion by l~.te, secor~]. by Rigby, to raise the water tap charge from X5.00 <br />to X25.00, inside the corporate limits of the City, and from X10.00 to X35.00 <br />outside the corporate limits o.~ the City of Ia Porte, Texas. <br />Carried. <br />Motion by Rigby, second by ;~Thite, to 1_ease to Geo. F, Smith and Mr. j'~.A.
