M. AT THE CITY HALL, CITY OF LA PCE~TE, TEXAS. <br />Carried. <br />The City Clerk asked the Comatl.ssion for a ruling on whether they wanted to <br />charge the rust Baptist Church interest for the moneys advanced for curb <br />and gutter construction on Hi.ghsray ].lab. <br />The Commission instructed the City Clerk to charge the church the same interest <br />rate as the other property owners. <br />The City Clerk read a letter to the Commission from the F3.re Insurance Comm- <br />ission, in which they requested a ffiap from the City showing the city 7.i.mit <br />lines as amended. <br />The Co~si.saion stated they would t ake some action on this matter immediately. <br />Motion by White, second by Rigby, that the follooring bills be paid: <br />A.
