D, <br />Burgin, with the following memo ers and city officials present : Commissioners <br />L. R, Rigby and Robert A, rrhi.te, and City Clerk J. E. A;fuldoon. <br />TYti.s meeting was called for tY~ purpose of discussing and approving plans <br />for remodeling building adjacent t o the present City Hall, rrhic h will be an <br />annex to the City Hall. <br />Abr. A. B. Pdoore, Mr. C. F. Payton arr3 I+rir. Lowell Lammers appeared before <br />the Commission tirith the plans . After much discuss ion and a f ew changes, <br />the plans were approved, Adr. Adocre said it vrou]ti take about two ~veeks to <br />make the changes and write the specifications.
