Motion Yyy Wlx3.te, second by Rigby, instructing the City Clerk to redeem the City of La Porte Sewer Funding Bonds dated May 10, 1938, being bonds ],5 to 22, inclusive, in the amount of $4,080.00, Clerk to use $2,369.00 nou on deposit, and to borro~r ~l, 711, 00 from the Aeftinding B~ of 1934, s ~e to be returned to this fund (1934 RE~ Borfds) when the City redeems tyro Defense Bonds, Ser3.es F, payable ~' l4, 1954, and belonging to the Interest and Sin~dng Fund of City oY La Porte Seger Funding Bond 1938, Carried.
