That said election was duly called;, that notice was given in <br />accordance with law and in accordance with the ordinance and order calling <br />the election; that said election was held in accordance with law; that due <br />returns of said a lect ion has been made by the proper officers; that said <br />election has resulted favorably to the adoption of Amendment_No. 1, Amend- <br />meat No. 2 and Amendment No. 3 to the said Charter. <br />2. That the City Commission is hereby in all things authorized, <br />ordered and directed to do any and all things necessary andfor convenient <br />in connection with said Amendments to said Charter. <br />3.
