Mr. Marks appeared befaa~e the Com3maission to request that the City Commission remove the parkixig meters on l;th Street, mom Main to "A" Street. The Com~- ission will surtreg ltth Street and ~re Mr. Marks an answer later. Motion by Boy3.e~ second by HraRm~ that Mrs. C.F. Dohoney be employed as daytime dispatcher, at a salary of X210.00 per month, salary to be retroactive to start of her time, Carried. Motion by Boyle, second by Brawn, that Commsissioner Boyle be authorized to change telephone systean of Fire ~Iepartment, City Hall and Police Department, as scheduled. Carried. Motion by Bogle second by Lawler, that City notify Southwestern Bell Telephox~ Cavnpar~r that Citg will hold, them liable to damage to streets. Carried. Leonard Po]k's application fcr Rine and beer permit Ras referred to the Health Commissioner. Motion by Boyles second bg Bropm, that lease agreement from: Benson Tractor Compax~t be referred to Attarx~y Kiibl~, and if on his approval, signatures Rill be attached. Carried. Motion by L~rler~ second by BroRn~ that Ordinance No• 553 be adopted ~ read.
